At Ikonic Aroma, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade candles and fragrances. To ensure every product meets our standards, please take note of our shipping policy.

Order Processing

• Most of our products are handmade and made to order. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and shipping times) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact us at info@ikonicaroma.com.au to check if we can expedite the process. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and let you know if your order can be prepared sooner.

• For larger orders or during busy periods such as sales, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for preparation.

• Even when selecting express delivery, please note we still require 3-5 business days to process your order before shipping.

Shipping Rates

We ship all orders via Australia Post:

• Free shipping is available on orders over AU$100.

• For other orders, Australia Post’s standard or express shipping rates apply.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

Your order will be shipped from our Canberra address via Australia Post. Please note the following:

• Estimated delivery times depend on your location.

• Factors such as high order volumes, postal service disruptions, extreme weather, and other challenges may cause delays beyond our control.

•Please refer to Australia Post’s Delivery Estimator for an approximate timeframe for your order delivery

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details from Auspost (check your junk/spam folder if you can’t locate it).

• Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. If the parcel is:

• Uncollected

• Refused at the address

• Returned to sender

Additional postage will apply for resending.
