Faults or Defects
You are entitled to a replacement or credit note for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
Full Terms and Conditions for returns:
1. The item must be returned in new condition;
2. Proof of purchase is required;
3. Gift Cards, eGift Cards and Memberships cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Please also note, our Customer Service will require photos of any item(s) that arrive in less than perfect condition.
How can I return an order?
Please contact Customer Service via email and provide the following information:
1. Online order number;
2. Full name;
3. Email Address used for the order;
4. Photos of the item(s) if they arrived in less than perfect condition; Customer Service will usually respond within 2 business days and advise next steps.
